Synopsis:

Johnnie O'Neill, a product of the showband era, wants desperately to relive the excitement of the 1970s. As his present band play their last gig, Johnnie sets about building a new band around Lydia, a singer he has seen perform at a wedding just a week earlier. Will Lydia be his redemption - or his downfall?
