The Adjudicator – 2009


Pauline Byrne is from Duncannon Co.Wexford

She is currently lecturing in Communications for the National College of Ireland.

She graduated from York University, Canada with a bachelor of arts in drama. Her post-graduate studies were at University College Dublin where she was awarded an MA in drama in 1993.

Pauline has acted in productions by The Brendan Smith Academy Dublin, Bramalea Little Theatre Toronto Canada, and York University Players Toronto.

Pauline has directed many productions including “Shadow of a Gunman”, “Overtunes”, “From Five to Five Thirty” and was awarded best director for her production of ”The Lesson” at Oakville Ontario Canada.

She has acted as adjudicator at Feiseanna, Public Speaking  and at Drama Festivals, most recently at the Wexford Drama Festival in Gorey and The South Leinster Festival.
